2026 Dodge Charger

2026 Dodge Charger for Sale at Livingston Motor Company

After three years of soul searching, the world's most powerful muscle car has returned to Livingston. Dodge took a break from producing muscle cars for the past three years, instead opting to work behind the scenes to refine its craft. The 2026 Dodge Charger is the result. While it's a nameplate we're all familiar with, it's more of a mix between the Charger and the now-discontinued Dodge Challenger. The result is a vintage-looking muscle car that tugs at the heartstrings while delivering the technology and features you expect from a modern car. More importantly, of course, the Charger is wicked fast, while handling better than any past Dodge muscle car. The new Charger comes in two body styles and two power levels, including the return of the Dodge Charger Scat Pack, now called the Scat Pack Sixpack. In the sections below, we'll break down everything you need to know about the new ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) Dodge Charger, from the Dodge Charger Sixpack ICE model to the fuel economy. New Dodge Charger Fuel Efficiency and Performance

The Charger comes in two power levels, both powered by a 3.0-liter inline-six Hurricane engine. It's an engine familiar to those in the Stellantis world, as it's an option on the Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer. The base model produces 420 horsepower, while the Scat Pack Sixpack boosts power up to 550 horsepower. There is an all-electric model, but we'll stick to the gas powertrain in this breakdown for the sake of simplicity. Power is routed through an eight-speed automatic transmission, and all-wheel drive comes standard on every Charger, with a mode to direct power to the rear axle for drifting or other muscle car activities. The gas-powered Scat Pack races from 0 to 60 in 3.9 seconds. We're still waiting on confirmed fuel economy estimates, but we wouldn't expect the Charger to be particularly thrifty, with estimates saying the Scat Pack will get 16 mpg in the city and 26 mpg on the highway. With the seats up, you can expect 22.8 cubic feet in the hatchback trunk of the four-door Charger, increasing to 37.4 cubic feet with the seats down, an impressive feat for a muscle car. As you move up the trim levels, there is a range of optional features, but one of our favorites is the 64-color ambient lighting system, with lighting elements throughout the cabin. The lights change with your drive modes, door openings, and several other actions. Learn more about what to expect from the new ICE Charger with Livingston Motor Company!
